First of all, Happy Labor Day!  I hope you are enjoying, or enjoyed, time with family and friends, the beautiful day, the sun in the sky and good food on the grill.  I am in the office try to catch up!

Second of all, what a busy few weeks it has been.  I have been inundated with buyers who are trying to take advantage of the $8k tax credit before it ends.  I have been extremely busy but I will always respond via email, which is the best way to get a hold of me.  Especially since I seem to be on the road, lately, showing a great deal of homes.  I am also catching up on a lot of work after having an extremely difficult personal month in August. The swine flu struck and I was sick for two weeks and I lost a family member as well.  Thank you so very much to all of the people who have been supportive.  I am happy to report that I am back on track, and business couldn't be better.

Third:  We are on YouTube!  As many of you know, I am tech savvy!  I love working with html, code and computers.  I have been busy preparing video feeds for all of my listings and uploading the video to YouTube while integrating the videos with "searchable" and relevant meta tags.  My listings already achieve an incredible amount of exposure with the number of places I distribute and upload to, but now the exposure will be greatly magnified.  Remember, the most important selling feature of your home in this market  (the buyer's market) is......price.  But exposure helps too!  Only one video has been uploaded, the rest should be completed and uploaded this evening!
